No. Apps and software update are automatically included. We are making constant improvements to our platform based on customer feedbacks.
Please make sure to enable auto-update in iOS App store or Google Play. If this is not enabled, you will have to manually update the App. Please check on our websites for the latest update.
However, if you have a certain custom requirement that is not in the platform, you'll have to pay for the cost of customization.
