When drivers forget the password, they will be sent a password reset url link to reset their password.

To reset your password follow these steps:

  1.  While in the login screen, click "Forgot password"
  2.  Enter your email address and submit. You will be brought to a new screen on the app.
  3.  Check your email for the link. Click the web page link.
  4.  Enter your new password into the next 2 text fields.
  5.  Click "Save", and you will be brought back to the login screen.
  6.  Enter your new password to log in.
